9 Year old Alannah Shevenell Returns Home

It has been a month since Alannah Shevenell returned home. In 2008 doctors discovered she had a rare type of tumor that was attacking her organs. 

The doctors told the family what the odds of survival are and they were really thin. She underwent a six organ transplant to get rid of her body cancer. She spent about four months in the hospital recovering. Right now she is acting like a normal girl playing in the snow and having fun. She lives with her grandparents in Hollis, Maine.
